Strawberry Hill Quilt

Hoy nos vamos a Vigo a pasar el fin de semana con mi familia, pero antes os muestro el segundo bloque terminado del Strawberry Hill Quilt. La semana que viene empezaré el tercero para ponerme al día con este proyecto que tenemos a medias Georgina y yo.
Today we are going to Vigo to pass the weekend with my family, but before I show to you the second block finished of the Strawberry Hill Quilt. The next week I will begin the third one to put a day with this project that Georgina and I have together.

Strawberry Hill Quilt y proyecto exprés!

Hola a todas! ayer estuve muy trabajadora y terminé la parte de arriba del segundo bloque del Strawberry Hill quilt, me faltan por coser dos tiras y aplicar dos lindos pollitos con sus respectivos paraguas. El lazo se resistió y al final tuve que hacerlo con festón, pero me gusta mucho como queda.
Hello to all! Yesterday I was very hard-working and finished the first part of the second block of the Strawberry Hill quilt, are absent to me for sewing two strips and applying two pretty chickens with their respective umbrellas. The bow refused and ultimately I had to do it with festoon, but I like much the result.

Una noche de insomnio y un proyecto exprés= un bolso precioso. Es uno de los bolsos que podeis hacer con el patrón Little Jelly Bags, de Bunny Hill Designs, que teneis a la venta en la tienda. Estoy muy contenta con el resultado, y le puse un botón forrado con una tela de la misma colección.

De nuevo patchwork

Excepto el primer bloque del Kitten's tale, hace casi dos meses que no hago patchwork.... ayer decidí retomarlo con fuerza, tengo muchas cosas pendientes y se está alargando demasiado. Pero primero, os enseño los avances de la casa de mi Blackbird, es enorme!!!!

Y mi última compra, otra remesa de hilos DMC de bordar a máquina del nº 50, perfectos para aplicar sin que se note el hilo! mi meta es tener todos los colores... poco a poco lo conseguiré, en España son muy caros, pero fuera se consiguen a mitad de precio. Los habeis probado?

Mystery Bonus 3

Antes de nada daros las gracias por la gran acogida que está teniendo el sorteo. Últilmamente no tengo mucho tiempo ni ganas de coser, pero por las noches voy avanzando en el Blackbird. Así llevo la parte 3, lleva mucho bordado en la casa, tardaré un poco más que con los otros, pero quedará mil veces más bonito.
First of all thank you for the great reception that is having the drawing. These last days I have no time for sewing, but at nights I am advancing in the Blackbird. This way I take the part 3, it goes very much embroidered in the house, I will be late a bit more than with others, but it will stay thousand times nicer.

Para celebrar la inauguración de la tienda quiero hacer un sorteo con algunos de los artículos que tengo en venta. El lote está formado por 5 artículos:
- 1 botón de casa Tilda
- 1 metro de cinta bordada de corazones de Acufactum
- 1 esquema para hacer un acerico con forma de perro de Bunny Hill Designs
- 1 charm de pastel con forma de flor
- 1 fat quarter de moda
El lote está valorado en 30€.

Teneis dos formas de participar:
1.- poniendo un anuncio en vuestro blog con el enlace de la tienda, enlace que tenis aquí.
2.- si quereis ganar 3 entradas más para el sorteo, guardais la foto que aparece a continuación y la poneis en la columna de la derecha de vuestro blog con el enlace a la tienda.
Una vez lo hayais hecho me dejais un comentario en esta entrada para poder comprobarlo. El sorteo se realizará el día 1 de agosto, así que teneis casi dos semanas para hacerlo!!!!!! Mucha suerte a todas.
Editado: para participar en el sorteo es obligatorio cumplir la primera norma, es decir, teneis que publicar una entrada en vuestro blog anunciando el sorteo y poniendo el enlace de la tienda. Algo de patch

Sé que es imposible terminar lo que tengo empezado, pero no pude resistirlo y tengo otro quilt más en la lista de pendientes. Este diseño es de Lynette Anderson y se llama A kitten's tale, es un diseño muy divertido y original, yo lo estoy haciendo con las telas originales. Si os gusta, podeis comprar el patrón en la Tienda de Pepi.
I know that it is impossible to finish what I have begun, but I couldn't resist it and I have another quilt more in the list of UFOS. This design belongs to Lynette Anderson and is called A kitten's Tale, it is a very enterteining and original design, I am doing it with the original fabrics. Mi madre se enamoró del neceser japonés que tengo a la venta en mi tienda, y esta tarde nos pusimos las dos y lo terminamos sin ningún problema. Sólo necesitas hilo para coser, el resto de materiales viene en el kit, incluida la cremallera.
My mother fell in love with the Japanese Billy Pouch that I have on sale at my shop, and this evening we put at work and finished it without any problem. Only you need thread to sew, the rest of materials comes in the kit, included the zipper.

Y para rematarlo, un precioso charm para tirar de la cremallera con forma de oveja y con los colores coordinados con el neceser. Si os gusta aprovecho para decir que en un par de semanas los tendré a la venta en mi tienda.... y muchas cosas más!

Y por último, la primera entrega del Stitchery Club de la tienda australiana Under the Mulberry Tree. Corresponde a un diseño de Rosalie Quinlan y trae las telas y los hilos necesarios para su realización, ahora no tengo tiempo para hacerlo, pero lo guardaré como oro en paño para el año que viene...

And finally, the first delivery of the Stitchery Club of the Australian shop Under the Mulberry Tree. Mystery Bonus 4

Terminada la cuarta parte del Mystery Bonus del Loose Feather club 08 de Blackbird desings. Sólo quedan 3 para terminarlo y colgarlo en mi salón, que es donde mejor puede lucir este diseño.
Finished the fourth part of the Mystery Bonus of the Loose Feather club 08 of Blackbird desings. Only they remain 3 to finish it and to hang it on my lounge, which is where better it can illuminate this design.

Y aquí las dos partes terminadas hasta ahora. No lo seguiré hasta la semana que viene, este fin de semana lo dedicaré al patchwork, porque entre la tienda y el pie no pude coser nada desde antes de irme de vacaciones.

Es impresionante! No puedo decir nada más de este diseño... ya tengo lugar reservado para él, irá encima de la televisión por que es muy grande y no tengo muchas más opciones... creo que este mes podré terminarlo.
